AGV vehicle robot running route layout matters needing attention

1. The AGV smart car should not set up a material loading and unloading station on the public main road. The purpose is to ensure the smooth flow of the main road logistics and avoid traffic jams.

2. The loading station for the AGV trolley in each area should be located before the unloading station.

3. Try to balance the loading and unloading of materials in the same area, thereby reducing the running time of the AGV trolley and improving the utilization rate of the AGV smart car.

4. The logistics intensity of different areas should be kept as balanced as possible to avoid the concentrated operation of AGV cars, which can reduce traffic congestion, simplify traffic management and improve overall work efficiency.

5. When planning the route, the AGV trolley can reach the target location with two or more routes, so that in the case of a traffic congestion “bottleneck” intersection, the AGV smart car can choose other routes.
